Finesse-driven Chardonnay resulting from natural fermentation. Aging 18-months in French oak with constant stirring and bottled unfined and unfiltered. On the nose, hints of marzipan, persimmon, quince and apricot evolving on nutmeg. Fresh citrus and yellow cherries linger on the palate with pineapple, mango and canned peaches.
