Cristal uses harvests from the finest Grand Cru vineyards. The wine ages an average of 5 years in the cellars, then rests 8 months after disgorgement to mature. Silky texture and fruity aromas are complemented by a mineral quality with white fruit and citrus notes. Cristal can be conserved for over 20 years without losing its’ freshness and character.
