Pago De Carraovejas Tinto

The terroir of the Carraovejas hillsides make a stonghold for our vineyards where extraordinary grapes can grow. Fermentation is carried out in small stainless steel tanks and French oak casks with local yeasts and fermenting bacteria from the vineyard itself. Aged in handpicked extra-fine grain French and American oak barrels for 12 months. Additional bottle aging for up to 24 months from the start of production. Character born from expressive aromas, intense color, meaty, potent and exuberant flavors that show the characteristic of each variety. Blend of Tinta del PaĆ­s, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
