Rich fruit aromas of cherries and black plum jam with spicy green peppercorn and smoky notes. Intense, warm, with firm tannins structured by oak aging and a backbone of subtle fruit acidity. Aged 12 months in French and American oak, partially in new barrels. Bottle-aged 12 months minimum.
