Sustainably-farmed vineyards are influenced by cool morning fog and gentle sea breezes. Lively aromas of pear, custard apple and melon. Creamy yet fresh, part of the wine is barrel fermented in neutral oak with wild yeasts and the rest in stainless steel tanks.
