Whole cluster pressed and clarified prior to fermentation. Fermentation in 100% French oak barrels (25% new) in two different phases. Aromatically this wine is fresh and fruity with suggestions of lime blossoms, slate and vanilla. The palate is slightly creamy, balanced, refreshing and long.
