Our vineyards are in the northernmost region of Burgundy where the ancient seabed, fossil-rich soils give Chablis wines their unique flavor and characteristic minerality. Wines are aged in vats for 7 to 8 months. Absolute purity is given to the true expression of terroir and character of the vintage.
