Louis Michel Montee de Tonnerre, Chablis Premier Cru

The vineyard is enhanced by soils rich in limestone and clay from an ancient seabed that once covered northern France. The Chardonnay wines tend to be minerally and intense, with notes of a nutty, honeyed character emerging with age. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks at least 12 months. The palate is warm with a spicy cinnamon finish.
