Whole cluster fermentation produces a nose that’s quite aromatic and floral with notes of cherry, black plum and blueberry compote. It’s round on the palate, with a combination of pomegranate, dried cranberries, eucalyptus and nut. Tannic structure on the finish helps balance out the wine.
