Chardonnay vines are located in the Puligny Montrachet Village area where the most famous Grand Crus vineyards are found. Clay and limestone soils breed a powerful wine with well integrated acidity. The wine ages for 13 months on the lees using wild yeasts and French oak barrels, then moves to stainless steel tanks for fining and filtering.
